BONNET SHORES BEACH CLUB | Dear Fellow BSBCCA Members, The following summary of the
June 2,
2008 Board Meeting was approved at the
Board meeting of June
24, 2008 1.
The President reported to the Board that Ron Cruff had been invited
to our next meeting to conduct the annual insurance review. 2.
Pete Ciacci, head of BSBC security, was in attendance to give a
report of the Board of his plans for the coming season and to answer any
questions. He discussed his plans to enforce the new rule concerning the
required presence of members on weekends before guests can be admitted and
indicated that he would be handling this by requiring members to drop off
Guests Passes on weekends on the same day when the guests were coming. He
also discussed his plans for a more visible presence of security in the area
of the Horse Shoe and Square to deter non-members from using the bathrooms
in those areas. 3.
Jerry Zito gave a report on fireworks. He indicated that he has a
meeting upcoming with the Fire Marshall to discuss whether or not we can
obtain a permit and will have a full report at the next meeting.
